Prayer Requests - September 2026
Prayer Laborers,
This month please pray for Courage Youth by our various staff roles. Thank you for interceding on behalf of Courage Youth staff, schools and, most importantly, Courage Youth learners.

Lead Team
Praise. Lord Jesus, the plans for the Courage Youth 20th Anniversary Celebration and Courage Camp are underway. Progress is seen in the preparations. Many are the plans in a man’s heart, your purpose dear Lord will prevail.
Petition. Abba Father, we pray for maximum exposure of Courage Youth during the 20th Anniversary Celebration and maximum impact on the learners during camp.
Life Coaches
Praise. Lord Jesus, thank you for your faithfulness to us. Lord, we thank you for sustaining us, giving us strength through challenging seasons, and allowing us to witness growth and change in the lives of the young people we serve. We are grateful for every relationship built, every life touched, and every opportunity you give us to make a difference. It is not by our might or knowledge but by the gracious power of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 5:14
Petition. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray that God would continue to give us strength, wisdom, patience and grace as we serve and walk alongside young people. Lord Jesus, renew our passion, help us to lead by example, and equip us to respond to every learner with love, understanding and courage. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray that we will remain faithful to the calling and responsibility entrusted to us. Isaiah 40:31
Counselors
Petition. We ask for God’s intervention during this time to assist learners with exam preparations and concentration. Currently most learners are panicking and anxious about exams. May God strengthen them and remind them that He is always there in every season and will not abandon anyone.
Verses to keep the hopes high:
Philippians 4:6-7 urges replacing anxiety with prayer and petition to receive God’s guarding peace.
Isaiah 41:10 tells us not to fear because God is present to strengthen and help.
Specific requests:
Praying for the learners that have already commenced with their preliminary exams.
Praying To God to lessen their worries and stress levels and give them wisdom. “I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.” Psalm 32:8
Administration
Praise. We thank God for the great improvement in Clii assessments being done at the schools.
Petition. To complete Clii assessments for all our Courage Youth members by the end of the year.
